1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Responsibilities

5. Ticket Purchases and Payment
5.1 Ticket Validity
Lottery tickets purchased through our platform are valid only for the specific draw date and game selected. Once a ticket is purchased and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except as required by law.

5.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails after ticket confirmation, we reserve the right to void the ticket and remove it from your account. You will be notified of any payment failures and given the opportunity to resolve the issue.
6. Lottery Draws and Results
6.1 Draw Schedule
Regular lottery draws are conducted on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 8:30 PM AEST/AEDT. Special draws may be scheduled at different times and will be announced in advance.
6.2 Draw Process
All draws are conducted using certified random number generation systems and are overseen by independent auditors to ensure fairness and transparency. Draw results are published immediately after each draw.
6.3 Result Disputes
Official draw results are final and binding. Disputes regarding results must be submitted within 7 days of the draw date and will be investigated according to our dispute resolution procedures.
7. Prize Claims and Distribution

- Automatic Prizes: Winnings up to $1,000 are automatically credited to your account within 1 hour of draw completion
- Manual Prizes: Winnings over $1,000 require identity verification and may take 1-5 business days to process
- Major Prizes: Winnings over $10,000 may require additional verification and legal documentation
7.2 Prize Claim Period
You have 12 months from the draw date to claim your prize. Unclaimed prizes after this period are forfeited and transferred to the unclaimed prize pool for future promotions.
7.3 Tax Obligations
Prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings. We will provide necessary documentation for tax reporting purposes but do not provide tax advice.

10. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LottoFortuneFinder Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use our services
- Technical malfunctions or system failures
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Third-party services or payment processors
- Internet connectivity issues
Our total liability to you for any claims relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
13.1 Suspension Grounds
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Fail to provide required verification documents
- Request self-exclusion or account closure
- Become subject to insolvency proceedings
13.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately. Any remaining account balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges, subject to verification requirements.
14. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact our customer support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through direct negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through:

Changes become effective 30 days after notification unless you object by closing your account. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
